Dear friends,
This passage found in Romans 12:3 caught my attention. “For by the grace given me I say to every one of you: Do not think of yourself more highly than you ought, but rather think of yourself with sober judgment, in accordance with the faith God has distributed to each of you”. This scripture is a reminder to all of us who are full of pride and think we are better than others. If we think that way, you might be confused. We are not all that. Everything we are is because of God’s grace. This morning let’s do ourselves a favor. Get off our high opinion. Let’s humble ourselves before God and He will lift us up in due time. Lastly, when we are evaluating ourselves, do it through God’s lens, not ours. In God’s eye, we are all sinners saved by grace. Be blessed!
