Last time we focused on Mental health. Today, let’s talk about physical health. When was the last time you had a physical at the doctor’s office? When was the last time you took a walk or did any type of exercise? Have you taken the stairs instead of the elevator? Research says a 30-mn walk will help you lose weight; prevent or manage various conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes; strenghten your bones and muscles; Improve your mood. 1 Corinthians 6:19-20 says, “We must honor God with your bodies”. Without good health, you can’t serve. Take care of your body. This week, start by taking a walk for at least 30 minutes and see the benefits. Enjoy
