Self-Care Series: Replacing old habits with healthy ones.
A healthy lifestyle requires a change in your thoughts, process, and behaviors. Once you realize the importance of being healthy and its benefits, then change will begin. For example, instead of taking the elevator or sitting on the sofa for hours, you begin to walk. You start replacing soda with water. You begin your day with prayer and scripture meditation, etc. Wisdom and trusting the Lord will help you get results. Proverbs 5:8 says “This will bring health to your body and nourishment to your bones”. Remember, all the goals you have in life cannot come to pass if you are not in good health. Have a healthy week.
