Forbes, a media outlet talks about the scientific effects of gratitude. It says gratitude improves physical health. “Grateful people experience fewer aches and pains and they report feeling healthier than other people, according to a 2012 study published in Personality and Individual Differences”. It seems that being grateful takes the focus off the negativities and puts it on the positive. A positive attitude is the medicine for healthy living. No wonder the Bible commands us to be grateful and give thanks in every circumstance. Let’s try to be grateful today by focusing on all the good things that we have in our lives. Be grateful for the smallest things like the ability to breathe on your own or enjoying nature. Let’s try it.
