God owns it all. Once I overheard two people arguing over a house. One says: this is my house I worked hard for it. The other one says: If I did not support you, take care of the children while you go to work, you could not have this house. So this house belongs to me as well. Just because I don’t bring a paycheck, it does not mean I don’t contribute. What do you think God will say in such a situation? Psalm. 24:1 says, “The earth is the Lord’s, and everything in it, the world, and all who live in it”. God will tell both individuals, the earth, the air, and your heartbeats, all belong to me. See my friends, we don’t own anything. The Lord owns everything, including us. The next time you are feeling entitled, pompous, think about the real Owner. We are managers of what He gives us. Manage them well, including your life because He can take it back anytime.
