This acronym is very well known. It says in order to have joy, we have to put:
J-Jesus First in our lives
O-Others must be second. As we find in Philippians 2, “not looking to your own interests but each of you to the interests of the others”.
Y-Yourself must be last. Instead of asking what’s in it for me all the time, start giving and serving without any condition.
Now, it is easier said than done. We say a lot of beautiful words and statements, but applying them is hard work. My challenge to you today is to practice J.O.Y. In your life.
Have a blessed day
