Self-care requires self-discipline. In order to achieve physical, emotions/mental and spiritual health, you must train yourself to do so. Paul said in 1 Corinthians 9:25, “Everyone who competes in the games goes into strict training”. You must get rid of old habits and replace them with new healthy behaviors. You must train yourself to get results. No one becomes a pro overnight. You must have a purpose. Your purpose will help you gain self-discipline. I would like you to write down on a piece of paper why being healthy is important to you. To be continued.
