Last week, we talked about being fit physically. We also have a spiritual component to our being. This fitness has to do with our relation with our Creator, God. This relationship begins by acknowledging that we have a Creator who wants us to know Him and develop a Father/ child relationship. John 3:16 gives us the way. Once the relationship is established, we have to nurture, protect and cherish it. To stay fit spiritually, we need to be in the Word, in prayer and in fellowship with one another. We need to love what God loves and despise what God despises. Do a self examination and see where you are spiritually and physically. Have a blessed day.
