The holidays can be very stressful, specially for those who lost a loved one or can’t keep up with the financial pressure of spending. You can do three things to remedy the holiday blues. 1)Normalize the holiday season 2) Create your own tradition. Instead of giving material gifts, you can write to your loved ones, visit the sick or give to the homeless and the poor. 3) Change your attitude and start worship. “Let us go to his dwelling place,let us worship at his footstool…Psalms 132:7a. Worship is the greatest remedy for stress. A thankful heart is healing to the bones. Be thankful!
